Product Specialist – Oracle NetSuite

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading technology solutions provider in Doha, Qatar.

Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Product Specialist (Arabic Speaking) to join their Business Solutions team.

This is a client-facing role focused on delivering end-to-end NetSuite implementations, from presales and solution design through to deployment and post-go-live support.

_Presales & Solution Design_- Participate in client discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and solution design- Deliver product demonstrations and support presales activities- Build client relationships and provide functional expertise during the sales cycle _Implementation & Configuration_- Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations including configuration, testing, go-live, and support- Configure core modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM- Implement multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and consolidation structures- Support data migration, master data setup, and system cutover planning _Customization & Development_- Build and maintain SuiteFlow workflows, custom records, forms, and fields- Develop dashboards and reports using SuiteAnalytics- Write and maintain SuiteScript (2.x) for automation and system enhancements _Integration & Support_- Coordinate integrations with third-party systems such as PMS, POS, and HRMS platforms- Manage API-based integrations and data import/export processes- Provide end-user training, system demos, and post-go-live supportRequirements _Qualifications & Experience_ - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Information Systems- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite (implementation/configuration/support)- Mandatory: Arabic speaking _Technical Skills_ - Strong functional knowledge of Finance and Operations modules in NetSuite- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (2.x), and SuiteAnalytics- Exposure to API integrations and data migration processes- NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation) are preferred _Soft Skills_ - Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills- Ability to manage end-to-end project delivery independently- Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsBenefits- Competitive Salary + Benefits
