About the Role:
Riyadh City Squares is seeking an experienced Automotive Spare Parts Specialist with strong knowledge of luxury vehicle spare parts (new and used). The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, supplier sourcing, sales, and purchasing activities while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate spare parts quotations
• Identify and source automotive spare parts from local and international suppliers
• Manage purchasing and negotiate pricing with suppliers
• Process sales orders and follow up on deliveries
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
• Ensure correct identification of spare parts using catalogs and systems
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory requirements
• Handle both new and used spare parts, especially for luxury vehicles

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts (luxury vehicles preferred)
• Strong knowledge of new and used luxury auto spare parts
• Experience dealing with customers and suppliers
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to read spare parts catalogs and identify correct parts
• Proficiency in English & Arabic
• Experience with European luxury brands is highly preferred

Preferred Experience With Brands Such As:
Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Range Rover, Porsche, Bentley, Audi, or similar luxury vehicles.
