• Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers for European truck spare parts.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Support & Consultation
- Provide expert advice on truck spare parts and solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist customers in selecting the right parts for their vehicles.
• Order & Inventory Management
- Prepare quotations and sales orders accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse for timely delivery of orders.
- Keep track of stock levels and report shortages.
• Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and daily activity logs.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
- Track competitors’ activities and market trends.
• Team Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing and after-sales teams.
- Support other branches or colleagues as needed.
- Participate in product training sessions and workshops.
• Compliance & Professionalism
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
