Powertech Auto Services seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join its team in Dubai.
The role requires 3–5 years of automotive service advisor experience in the UAE and knowledge of garage operations, customer service, maintenance, and repair coordination.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand service and repair needs, prepare job cards, estimates, and quotations, and explain technical issues and recommended repairs.
- Obtain customer approval before repairs; coordinate with technicians and monitor workshop progress.
- Update customers on repair status and delivery times; prepare invoices and maintain service records.
- Build customer relationships, support satisfaction, and identify additional service opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is mandatory.
- Prior experience in a UAE automotive garage, service centre, or workshop.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures; customer communication and service coordination skills.
- Experience preparing job cards, estimates, and invoices; ability to coordinate with technicians and workshop management.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
