Position Overview
ROC-Deutschland LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Automotive Coordinator** to support and manage automotive operations in our Doha office.
The role is responsible for coordinating vehicle logistics, maintenance scheduling, fleet administration, and communication between internal departments and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily automotive operations, including fleet scheduling, vehicle allocation, and logistics support
- Manage vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules with approved workshops and dealerships
- Monitor vehicle condition reports and ensure timely inspections, repairs, and compliance with safety standards
- Liaise with suppliers, insurance companies, and service centers for repairs, claims, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, servicing history, and fleet utilization
- Support procurement of automotive parts, accessories, and service contracts
- Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and company policies
- Track fuel consumption, mileage reports, and operational efficiency of fleet vehicles
- Assist in resolving vehicle-related issues and breakdown coordination
- Prepare reports on fleet performance, costs, and maintenance activities for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Logistics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in automotive coordination, fleet management, or logistics support
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes and automotive operations
- Familiarity with Qatar transport regulations is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or fleet management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
