Automotive Coordinator

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Support management in planning, scheduling, and executing business activities
• Serve as a communication link between internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation as required
• Assist in project tracking, deadlines, and performance monitoring
• Maintain accurate records of business transactions and correspondence
• Support procurement, logistics, and administrative processes when needed
• Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in coordination, administration, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Experience working in the GCC region is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of business operations and project coordination
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
