Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or career pathway in automation technology, mechatronics, robotics, engineering technology, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of laboratory environments and safe work practices.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, creativity, and passion for automation.
- Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Familiarity with coding, automation software, or artificial intelligence models; advanced expertise is not required.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive work toward defined implementation milestones.
- Academic, internship, or personal project experience involving automation, robotics, instrumentation, process control, or laboratory equipment.
- Exposure to programming or scripting tools, such as Python, VBA, SQL, or low-code platforms.
- Interest in artificial intelligence-enabled technologies, digital laboratory tools, and data-driven process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Academic, internship, or personal project experience involving automation, robotics, instrumentation, process control, or laboratory equipment.
- Exposure to programming or scripting tools, such as Python, VBA, SQL, or low-code platforms.
- Interest in artificial intelligence-enabled technologies, digital laboratory tools, and data-driven process improvement.
- Position is Monday-Friday, 8-5. Overtime as needed
- May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs
