REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • An ideal candidate should have strong experience in all of the below:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years managing compute infrastructure with strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Deep expertise in managing Hyper-V environments including failover clustering, live migration, and storage management.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server administration and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience in administering and maintaining print server environments, as well as troubleshooting printing‐related issues in Windows environments.
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery strategies for both cloud and on-premises environments (preferably in Veeam backup environments).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to read, understand and create technical documentation
  • Very good command of English written and spoken
  • Ability to present technical projects on meetings
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure compute services
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell; experience with Azure CLI and ARM templates is highly preferred.
  • WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE
  • Experience in administering Linux server environments
  • Accustomed to using ITSM tools (e.g. BMC Helix)
  • Experience of monitoring tools (Site24x7, Grafana, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other Azure-native monitoring tools
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD pipelines
