Overview
A leading automotive company based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced
Brand Manager
to lead their Chinese automotive brands.
This role focuses on driving sales growth, managing showroom operations, and overseeing the brand strategy within a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic Oversight:**
- Maintain full financial and operational responsibility, including stock pipeline management, pricing, and benchmarking strategies.
- **Sales & Marketing:**
- Drive sales targets and collaborate with the marketing department to increase showroom foot traffic and brand conversion.
- **OEM Liaison:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturers, ensuring compliance with brand standards and audits.
- **Customer Experience:**
- Ensure a customer-centric environment that meets or exceeds Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
- **Team Leadership:**
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate a multinational sales team to build a high-performing department.
Candidate Requirements
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Engineering.
- **Experience:**
- 15+ years in a volume sales environment with a proven track record in management.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Expertise in retail operations, stock management, and OEM/PEM negotiation.
- **Languages:**
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- **Location:**
- Must currently reside within Qatar or the GCC region.
Employment Details
- **Work Schedule:**
- 5 days per week.
- **Availability:**
- Must be able to join immediately or within 30 days.
- **Compensation:**
