A prominent automotive company is seeking a results-driven
Brand Manager
to lead their American automotive portfolio.
This high-impact role focuses on driving sales growth, elevating brand visibility, and ensuring a premier customer experience in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- **Sales & Operational Leadership:**
- Drive sales targets, manage P&L, and oversee daily showroom operations.
- **OEM Relations:**
- Serve as the primary liaison with OEMs to ensure compliance, product flow, and brand standards.
- **Strategic Planning:**
- Manage stock pipelines, implement pricing strategies, and collaborate on marketing campaigns to boost showroom traffic.
- **People Management:**
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate a multinational sales team to build a high-performing function.
- **Customer Experience:**
- Monitor and enhance interactions to consistently exceed OEM-mandated Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Candidate Requirements
- **Experience:**
- 15+ years in high-volume sales, with significant experience in a managerial capacity.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, or Engineering).
- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in retail operations, inventory/stock clearing, pricing strategies, and OEM negotiations.
- **Languages:**
- English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- **Location Constraint:**
- Candidates must currently reside within
- Qatar or the GCC region

- 5 days per week.
