Overview
The Group Aftersales Director is a senior leadership position at a major automotive company in
Doha, Qatar
.
The primary objective is to spearhead the growth of all service divisions while balancing high-quality manufacturer standards with strong profit margins.
Key Responsibilities
- The role covers four main pillars of the aftersales ecosystem:
- **Strategy & Finance:**
- Developing long-term business policies to drive profitability, overseeing divisional budgets, and collaborating with Marketing on sales conversion strategies.
- **Operational Leadership:**
- Managing senior heads across Service, Parts, and Bodyshop departments; ensuring "Fix It Right First Time" protocols; and maintaining strict Health & Safety and manufacturer compliance.
- **Asset & Inventory Management:**
- Overseeing parts stock, service contracts, and facility audits to ensure equipment and inventory are optimized.
- **Customer & Team Growth:**
- Acting as the final authority on customer resolutions to build loyalty and mentoring the leadership team through KPIs and succession planning.
Candidate Requirements
- **Experience:**
- 15+ years in the Automotive industry, including
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- .
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- **Skills:**
- Bilingual fluency in
- Arabic and English
- .
- **Logistics:**
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Doha (applications open to Qatar and GCC residents).
