The employer is seeking a qualified and experienced Authority Coordination Engineer to join its team in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements and qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant authority coordination experience within Abu Dhabi.
- Experience dealing with TAQA, TAMM, and other government and semi-government authorities in Abu Dhabi.
- Good knowledge of authority approval procedures, NOCs, permits, inspections, and project submissions.
- Ability to coordinate with authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Experience following up on applications, resolving authority comments, and obtaining approvals within project deadlines.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi regulations and authority requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in MEP or construction projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government and semi-government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Manage and follow up on authority applications and project-related submissions.
- Resolve comments from authorities and obtain required approvals within project deadlines.
- Coordinate authority-related NOCs, permits, and inspections.
