Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal and external audit activities
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews
- Evaluate financial, operational, and regulatory controls
- Prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve audit findings
- Identify process improvement opportunities and control gaps
- Support management in strengthening governance and compliance frameworks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification required (CIA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of audit standards, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in audit tools and Microsoft Office applications
