We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Attorney to work on a contract basis.
This attorney will play a critical role in training next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input to improve model performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust legal rubrics for use in AI-driven document review and analysis processes to ensure accurate and reliable outputs.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft complex memoranda to guide AI model training and evaluation, providing critical insights to inform model development.
- Analyze large volumes of litigation documents to identify issues, trends, and data points vital for AI improvement, enabling the refinement of model performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate legal insights into actionable requirements for AI development, ensuring seamless integration of legal expertise into AI systems.
- Oversee the quality and accuracy of AI outputs, providing feedback to enhance discovery management and motion practice capabilities, and contribute to the development of best practices in AI-driven legal workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Complex legal research and writing skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of legal data and develop well-supported arguments.
- Experience with discovery management and case strategy development, including the ability to identify key issues and develop effective legal strategies.
- Strong document analysis and issue-spotting skills, with the ability to identify critical information and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and practices, including the ability to apply legal knowledge to real-world problems and develop innovative solutions.
