Pool and recreation duties
- Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck; obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.
- Promote a fun, relaxing atmosphere and welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist people with disabilities, and show appreciation.
- Observe recreation activities, promote facility rules, identify unsafe participation, and notify a supervisor when needed.
- Respond to emergencies under local procedures and assist injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
- Follow company policies, protect confidential information and company assets, maintain a professional appearance, and meet quality standards.
- Read and verify information, inspect equipment, and use computers or point-of-sale systems to enter or locate work information.
- Maintain positive working relationships and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Qualifications and physical requirements
- CPR certification and First Aid certification are required.
- Fitness Equipment certification or training and certifications or training required by local and state agencies are listed as required.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is specified.
- The role involves handling objects up to 25 pounds and moving across uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs.
