Overview
- Responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting both local and international investment teams.
- Supervise Admin team who are supporting the Investment Team as well as the Operations and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate and manage all office operations, including facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior management.
- Maintain company records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government authorities as needed.
- Take lead in onboarding new employees and coordinate HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the Investment and MIS team in preparation of presentations.
- Support the finance and investment teams with administrative and operational needs.
- Take lead and be responsible for conducting company events and welfare activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and Saudi labor laws.
