Asst. Manager- E&I (GU)

Asst. Manager- E&I (GU) Supervise and operate MCCs, drives, and motors for Cement Mill, separator, and conveyors. - Attend to electrical breakdowns and coordinate quick restoration with maintenance teams. - Support basic instrumentation checks and field signal verification. - Monitor energy consumption and report deviations. - Ensure electrical isolation and permit compliance before maintenance work. - Maintain shift logbook and report all maintenance activities. - Assist in inspection and preventive checks as per PM schedule. - Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance activities are carried out effectively during shift. - Improve equipment reliability, reduce repetitive failures, and enhance MTBF by monitoring the parameter from time to time . - Ensure adherence to safety practices, electrical standards, and permit systems during the shift. - Conduct toolbox talks and guide the team for safe job execution during shift. - Coordinate with operations and mechanical teams for continuous plant performance. - Ensure availability of critical spares and proper resource utilization during the shift.
