Purchase Coordination
- Manage the entire purchase process, from identifying and researching suppliers to negotiating prices, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Analyse product specifications, quality standards, and lead times to secure the best value for the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase order documentation.
- Track purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
Store Inventory Management
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of stock.
- Ensure proper product labelling, organization, and safety within the warehouse.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Wholesale Customer Coordination
- Handle inquiries and orders from wholesale customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate product information and pricing quotes.
- Process customer orders efficiently and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale accounts.
- Actively coordinating the logistics for export and imports.
Additional Responsibilities
- May assist with other tasks assigned by the supervisor, such as preparing reports, managing administrative duties, or participating in special projects.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in purchasing and inventory management.
