Associate Structural Engineer role focused on bridges and tunnels in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The position performs structural engineering and design work under close supervision.
Responsibilities
- Develop structural analysis and design computations, drawings, material quantity take-offs, and estimates.
- Create engineering products that meet customer quality requirements using engineering theories and practices under close supervision.
- Apply foundational engineering principles and available field data to engineering and design assignments.
- Support other engineering activities and perform other associated responsibilities as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least one year of related structural design work experience, mainly in bridges and tunnels.
- Working knowledge of CAD and PC software for structural modeling, analysis, and design.
- Listed software examples include CSiBridge, Midas Civil, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SP Column, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks.
- Good communication skills in English.
