- Key Responsibilities
- Act as the interim sales representative for inactive territories (up to 3 at a time).
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer needs and support.
- Review and progress open opportunities, collaborating with DSMs and branch teams.
- Provide account administration support (invoices, PO changes, credits, service orders).
- Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow account value.
- Ensure smooth transition and handoff once a new Field Sales Representative takes over.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship and account management expertise.
- Proven ability to cross-sell and upsell effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple territories with attention to detail.
- Experience in account administration and issue resolution
