Halian is hiring Associate Recruitment Consultants to support our Europe desk, working with clients and candidates across key European markets. This is a perfect opportunity for ambitious individuals from sales, customer service, or phone-based roles who want to build a high-earning, international career.
You’ll be trained by experienced consultants, developing skills in candidate sourcing, relationship building, and market insight - with a clear path to becoming a 360 Recruitment Consultant within 12 months.

- Source and engage top talent across European markets
- Build strong relationships with candidates
- Support live vacancies and learn the full recruitment lifecycle
