The Associate Quality Inspector handles routine or standard inspection problems using existing procedures and receives guidance from others on the team.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Assist with inspections, daily surveillance, and tests to determine product conformity with customer specifications and the Project Quality Plan.
- Identify non-conformities requiring rectification and ensure final resolution.
- Assess product quality against approved drawings and inspection and test plans.
- Document inspection results and raise corrective-action documentation when non-conformities occur.
- Coordinate with operations, the Certifying Authority, clients, job-sharing personnel, and subcontractors to assure conformity to project specifications.
- Perform field inspections according to project specifications, scope of work, the Project Quality Plan, and ITPs.
- Confirm adherence to applicable procedures and plans through audits and surveillance.
Qualifications and education
- High school diploma or degree in a relevant field of study.
- At least 2 years of quality-control or discipline-related inspection experience.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
