Associate Project Manager role focused on decarbonisation projects in the built environment.
The role contributes to sustainable project delivery and reducing carbon footprints across projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractors before, during, and after construction work on site and oversee day-to-day health and safety requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis and forecasting; monitor budgets, manage risks, and provide project performance reports.
- Work with engineers, architects, and clients to deliver sustainable projects and clarify project goals.
- Develop cost-saving strategies aligned with decarbonisation objectives.
Qualifications and skills
- Strong cost management and analytical skills, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal abilities are sought.
- A proactive and innovative mindset is sought.
- A Construction Management or related qualification is desirable.
- Membership in a recognised professional body such as RICS is desirable.
- Experience managing sustainability-focused projects is a plus.
