Role Summary

Partner Relationships and Consulting

• Build long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners and support satisfaction and retention.
• Advise partners on business growth and analyze sales, operational, and engagement data.
• Recommend improvements to menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics.
• Share data-based recommendations and conduct regular business reviews.

Account Growth and Collaboration

• Identify portfolio growth opportunities, upsell services, suggest cross-promotions, and improve partner performance.
• Help optimize menu structure, images, and delivery times to improve engagement and conversion.
• Coordinate campaigns and promotional offers to increase order volume.
• Work with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations on partner needs and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onboarding, campaign execution, and account issue resolution.

Contracts and Compliance

• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements.
• Ensure partners meet service-level agreements and operational standards for delivery quality and availability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success.
• Food tech, FMCG, or e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first approach and focus on delivering partner value.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a native Arabic speaker.
