About the role
Associate Product Manager serving as Rezdy's North American presence during Pacific-time hours, alongside a senior product manager and Sydney/Melbourne product and development teams.
The role emphasizes operational rigor and real-time problem-solving; it supports an existing roadmap rather than owning one independently.
What you'll do
- Connect North American support and account management teams with the Sydney/Melbourne product and development team, raising decisions and blockers in real time.
- Act as the North American distribution contact for commercial leads, distribution partners, and resellers.
- Triage escalations using the defined severity framework, involve senior leads when needed, and provide live updates to support and account management teams.
- Capture churn risks raised by account managers and prepare them for consideration in sprint planning.
- Answer status and known-issue questions about Booking Manager and Distribution using the senior product manager's roadmap context.
- Support release communications and post-release follow-up during North American hours.
- Relay North American context to engineering and use AI tools for research, troubleshooting, and daily work.
What you'll bring
- At least 2 years in product management, product operations, or a related operational or customer-facing role; B2B SaaS is ideal.
- Comfort executing within another product manager's priorities and roadmap, without independent roadmap authority.
- Experience with incident or issue management and clear communication under time pressure.
- Ability to work with legacy systems and translate between technical and commercial audiences.
- Strong written communication and comfort in process-driven environments using Jira, Slack, or equivalent.
- Ability to pick up concepts across booking flows and distribution connectivity without deep expertise in both on day one.
Nice to have
- Experience in travel, tours, or activities booking software is a plus.
- Familiarity with multi-brand or multi-product portfolios is a plus.
- Prior support, account management, or customer-facing product experience is a plus.
