The role is on the Unified Experience Product Management team, which develops and improves software applications, portal products, integrations, and platform capabilities.
The Associate Product Manager supports partner experience, Owner Operator onboarding, Cloud Platform products, and Unified Experiences coordination.
The role is designed for a developing product leader who will gain experience across customer-facing products, integrations, and technical platforms with guidance from experienced product managers.
Partner experience and platform
- Manage day-to-day execution for Partner Experience and Owner Operator onboarding with the Senior Product Manager.
- Support ELD partner experience, partner onboarding and integration lifecycle, partner requirements and feedback, roadmaps, documentation, enablement, and smaller investments.
- Participate in Engineering ceremonies and planning; translate business and cross-team needs into prioritized work and maintain JIRA tickets and requirements.
- Consider platform maintenance, dependencies, and other team needs when prioritizing work.
Coordination and reporting
- Maintain Unified Experiences dashboards and reporting, coordinate cross-product Foundations initiatives, and support productizing dashboards with Data Platform.
- Coordinate Foundations go-to-market execution and keep cross-team initiatives aligned with Unified Experiences strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong organization, communication, curiosity, and follow-through; comfort in an agile environment and close collaboration with Engineering and Product.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, structure ambiguous or fast-moving situations, and build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to develop technical fluency about software systems and dependencies; deep technical expertise is not required.
