Associate Process Specialist - Finance Ops

• Process invoice and credit memo payments in Oracle Fusion ERP with a high level of accuracy.
• Apply customer payments received through bank statements, wire transfers, ACH, checks, and other payment methods.
• Follow up with customers via phone and email to obtain remittance details for unidentified, unapplied, and short-paid cash transactions.
• Use Salesforce and Oracle Fusion ERP to research customer accounts, payment history, and case information.
• Perform cash application reconciliations and ensure transactions are posted accurately and balanced.
• Process approved adjustments such as bank charges, freight charges, and write-offs based on remittance information.
• Respond to customer and internal stakeholder queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and account-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
• Escalate complex issues and unresolved transactions to Leads or Managers when necessary.
• Manage phone and email communications professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with Credit, Collections, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with global teams.
