We're seeking an exceptional Associate Principal–Partner Experience to join our Partnerships team!
The role of Associate Principal–Partner Experience is integral, encompassing the management of sales, product usage, partner concerns, complaint resolution, cross-selling initiatives, business development, and sector penetration.
A key responsibility involves conducting impactful presentations and pitches to augment and broaden the utilization of company products.
This position holds accountability for the efficient oversight of relationship management, employing a consultative sales approach, and leveraging data analysis to discern trends and insights for steering future developments and fostering revenue growth.
Strategic proficiency in consultative sales, adept relationship management and performance evaluation are essential components of this role.
The incumbent is expected to orchestrate a harmonious blend of these skills to propel future growth, all while maintaining a positive reputation and image in partner interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage B2B partner relationships, achieving revenue targets, and meeting performance departmental and corporate KPIs objectives.
- Work with existing and new partners to understand their business needs and challenges, identifying untapped use cases where Etihad Credit Bureau’s products can deliver unique solutions.
- Collaborate with data analytics teams to develop bespoke product propositions that align with partner objectives, presenting innovative ways to leverage the bureau’s data and solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations to explore and unlock new opportunities for product adoption and utilization across various industries.
- Organize and deliver workshops, webinars, and product demonstrations tailored to specific partner needs, highlighting the practical applications and impact of the bureau’s solutions.
- Identify and assess new prospects, evaluate potential leads, and prepare onboarding recommendations for management approval. Oversee and ensure a seamless onboarding process for partners once approval is granted.
- Contribute to the development of new product and sector penetration by collaborating with Data Analytics to showcase the value of company data when combined with external data and articulate justified requirements for systems development and product improvements to internal System Analysts for future deployments.
- Ensure CRM systems are optimized to effectively serve partners and the company, maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner information as the single source of truth.
- Work with the line manager to develop informative dashboards to support section management, monitor relationships and target achievements, and collaborate with Data Analytics teams to enhance and create relevant dashboards.
- Manage the preparation of periodic reports and updates on sales, business activities, and target achievements, propose justified revisions supported by data-driven analysis
- Supervise the interactions of relationship officers with B2B partners, ensuring professionalism and timely responses are consistently maintained.
- Lead to the development of new IT projects which improve the partnership experience for partners such as the development of the B2B self-service portal.
- Develop compelling product pitches and market strategies to promote and increase the adoption of company products among existing and potential partners and sectors.
- Act as a key advocate for Etihad Credit Bureau’s brand and products, attending industry conferences, community outreach programs, and events to raise awareness of the bureau’s value proposition.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budget forecasts, considering historic product utilization and realistic assumptions for future sales growth.
- Liaise with the IT Service Desk to align service tickets, categories, and SLAs with B2B partners' expectations and communications.
- Prepare persuasive presentations and narratives to prospects and partners that demonstrate the value of Etihad Credit Bureau’s offerings.
- Prepare insightful and detailed presentations on business cases and products for senior management and stakeholder reviews.
- Coordinate with Community Engagement to plan events, ensuring that content and attendees are thoroughly reviewed and aligned with Partnerships’ goals.
- Contribute to IT implementation requirements, analyze, and manage performance metrics and dashboards.
- Regularly review Partnerships procedures and OLAs, proposing enhancements for continuous improvement in service level standards, partner targets, and partner-handling.
- Adhere to assigned daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs as directed by the line manager.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management processes to maintain confidentiality and mitigate potential risks.

Education
- Educated with at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Education specialization or master’s degree in business
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for all levels (Partner to board)
- Influencing and negotiation skills
Experience
- 5-8 years of solid experience in consultative sales and/or business development within the B2B sales environment in the UAE market. Business Information /Credit Bureau / Financial Services experience would be advantageous but not mandatory
- Credible experience in leading and managing a team
- Proven track record in sales and performance management
- Proven track record in corporate sales & relationship management – executing strategies & delivering results
- Knowledge of technological applications (software) in business environments
- Knowledge of product review and development
- Experience in use of common business software applications (MS Powerpoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of commercial agreements and business frameworks
