Requirements

  • Bring 9+ years of total experience and strong software engineering depth in Python.
  • Have proven experience architecting and delivering production-grade Generative AI applications at scale.
  • Understand LLM integration patterns, RAG systems, and AI-driven UX design.
  • Bring system design skills across backend, frontend, and AI infrastructure layers.
  • Have experience defining technical strategy and influencing architecture across teams or pods.
  • Have experience with microservices, APIs, and scalable backend systems.
  • Bring MLOps experience with CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and governance.
  • Have hands-on experience with MLflow, Vertex AI, Kubeflow, or similar tools.
  • Have deep experience with GCP, including Vertex AI and BigQuery, and/or Databricks.
  • Understand enterprise AI security, privacy, and governance.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into durable technical architectures.
  • Communicate effectively with and influence senior stakeholders and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Convert client business use cases and technical requirements into technical designs.
  • Own architecture and technical vision for AI-powered applications built with Python, React, and Generative AI.
  • Design scalable, secure, cost-efficient platforms for LLM inference, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration.
  • Define frontend architecture and UX for conversational interfaces, copilots, and intelligent dashboards.
  • Lead GenAI workflows combining LLMs, tools, APIs, structured data, and user context.
  • Establish standards for prompt design, model integration, evaluation, and observability.
  • Build reusable GenAI components, SDKs, and frameworks for multiple teams or products.
  • Partner with product, design, data, and business leaders on technical solutions.
  • Review critical designs and codebases, unblock teams, and improve engineering standards.
  • Lead technical discovery, solutioning, and client or executive-facing workshops.
  • Ensure enterprise readiness across security, privacy, compliance, governance, and responsible AI.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools while maintaining production-grade quality.

Education

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
