Associate Operations Training & Onboarding - instashop

About the opportunity As an Associate Operations Training & Onboarding, you will support the delivery and execution of onboarding and training programs for riders, pickers, and operational teams. You will work closely with other teams to ensure new and existing team members receive the required training, complete mandatory requirements, and are ready to perform effectively in their roles. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the execution of onboarding programs for riders, pickers, and operational teams, ensuring timely completion of all mandatory training and deployment requirements.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher, and operational training sessions as per approved training plans, SOPs, and business requirements.
• Maintain training materials, attendance records, assessments, and certification data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date training documentation.
• Monitor trainee performance and identify knowledge or skill gaps, escalating recurring issues and supporting targeted coaching or retraining initiatives.
• Track training completion and post-training performance, providing regular updates and relevant insights to the Specialist and Operations teams.
• Support training improvement initiatives and operational projects, including employee engagement activities, feedback collection, process improvements, and other initiatives led by the Specialist. What you need to be successful Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience and 1+ within Training, L&D or related functions within operations
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience with e-learning platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace What you will bring

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities
