Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support onboarding programs and ensure timely completion of mandatory training and deployment requirements.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher, and operational training based on approved training plans, SOPs, and business requirements.
• Maintain training materials, attendance records, assessments, and certification data.
• Monitor trainee performance, identify gaps, escalate recurring issues, and support coaching or retraining.
• Track completion and post-training performance and share updates with Specialist and Operations teams.
• Support training improvement and operational projects, employee engagement, feedback collection, and process improvement.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in Training, L&D, or related operations functions.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with e-learning platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Effective time management and organizational skills; strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to develop engaging training programs, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
