- Understanding of networking fundamentals and experience troubleshooting Cisco network devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of incidents through to resolution.
- Familiarity with ITIL-aligned incident and change management processes.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and work effectively with stakeholders.
- Exposure to Cisco SD-WAN, enterprise networks or network automation using tools such as Python would be beneficial.
