Job Description
The Microsoft Licensing & Cloud Support Specialist is responsible for providing end-to-end support across Microsoft cloud platforms, focusing on licensing, tenant management, activation, and troubleshooting.
The role ensures effective deployment and support of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform services while ensuring compliance and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft licensing including assignment, activation, and compliance.
- Handle tenant setup, configuration, and administration.
- Support Microsoft 365 services including troubleshooting and activation.
- Manage Azure portal activities and resolve related issues.
- Design and maintain Microsoft-based portals.
- Support Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Troubleshoot cloud and licensing issues.
- Act as liaison between teams and customers.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. Microsoft certifications preferred.
- 3–5 years experience in Microsoft cloud support and licensing.
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Licensing, Power Platform.
- Problem-solving, communication, customer focus, attention to detail.
