About the Role

SS&C Technologies is hiring an Associate Manager to support its expanding Private Markets client base. You will deliver fund accounting and reporting services, working across global teams to meet client and regulatory requirements. This role suits a detail-oriented professional with strong client focus and experience in private markets or fund administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client deliverables and coordinate with cross-border teams to meet deadlines
• Maintain general ledgers and financial records
• Prepare/review NAVs, financial statements, capital accounts, fees, drawdowns, and distributions
• Respond to client queries and support ad-hoc reporting
• Act as a key client contact and support meetings and communications
• Coordinate external audits and third-party reporting

Requirements

• Accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) – nearly/fully qualified
• Experience in fund accounting, preferably private markets
• Strong knowledge of NAV, capital activity, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and client service mindset
• Knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, or IFRS
