Associate Manager - Cyber Security

• As an Associate Manager - Cyber Security for the Dubai Future Foundation, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the Dubai Future Foundation’s information security posture aligns with strategic objectives, legal/regulatory requirements, and is appropriate to the level of risk. This role will involve facilitating and maintaining a robust Information Security Management System to manage information security risk, legal and compliance obligations, and governance requirements effectively, enabling the organization to maintain resilience against cyber threats while meeting regulatory and industry standards.
• You will plan, implement and maintain DFF’s information security management system.
• You will coordinate with DFF teams on the identification, development, secure handling and management of DFF-wide information assets.
• You will conduct comprehensive information security, third-party security, and operational risk assessments.
• You will advise on appropriate security controls and verify that selected security controls are effectively implemented and maintained.
• You will develop the required governance-level Information Security policies and procedures, in coordination with respective business owners.
• You will assist and support management with their information security responsibilities.
• You will assist in information security-related awareness, training, and education within DFF.
• You will assist in managing information security incidents.

• Who We're Looking For?
• As Associate Manager - Cyber Security, you will hold a minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field from a reputable institution. Professional qualifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA…etc) are preferred.
• You will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working in the Information Security field.
• You will have expertise in designing information security controls.
• You will have expertise in network and cloud security.
• You will have an expertise in risk assessment techniques and business continuity planning.
• You will have expertise in developing policy/procedure & implementing it.
• You will have expertise in standards, regulations and frameworks related to Information Security, like DESC, ISO/IEC, BSI, COBIT, ITIL, and COSO.
• You maintain interactions with information security interest groups, forums and associations.
