About ADSS

ADSS is an Abu Dhabi-based retail and institutional brokerage undergoing a multi-year transformation toward a purpose-led, data-driven enterprise.

The company is redesigning its structure, technology, and operations to strengthen client-centricity and build a high-performance culture.

Role overview

The Associate, Liquidity Management supports the Liquidity desk with analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks for Front Office objectives.

The role monitors liquidity provider performance and client flow and supports efficient liquidity allocation to hedging accounts and external counterparties.

The role follows established desk controls, works under the Liquidity Manager’s guidance, and escalates pricing, execution, and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly taker performance reports covering give-up client volumes and fill-to-reject ratios.
  • Monitor spreads and support volatility spreader adjustments in line with the Liquidity Manager’s guidance.
  • Engage global banks and counterparties, share analysis, and identify flow optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly liquidity provider reports for FX and Metals counterparties and analyze provider performance at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
  • Monitor client flow using Kx FX Analytics, flag unusual patterns, and provide analysis feedback as directed.
  • Check connectivity on liquidity provider streams across data centers and platforms; escalate issues to the Liquidity Manager and Quant and IT teams.
  • Help investigate and resolve spread, pricing, and execution queries from Sales and Trading.
  • Prepare monthly invoices for give-up clients billed on a per-million basis.
  • Support competitor and market analysis and other duties needed for effective Liquidity Desk operations.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in FX, liquidity management, eFX trading, trading support, or a related financial-services analytical role.
  • Exposure to OTC derivatives, FX Spot, CFDs, Bullion, liquidity providers, or client flow analysis is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of basic trading operations controls and liquidity desk systems.

Skills and competencies

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large datasets, and clear reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Bloomberg familiarity is listed.
  • Confident English communication in meetings and with counterparties; attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
  • Willingness to learn Liquidity Desk technology such as Kx FX Analytics; Python, SQL, or KDB knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
  • Self-starter able to work under guidance and escalate appropriately.

Schedule

  • Working hours need to remain flexible to support desk coverage during London and US trading sessions.
