Associate / Lead Cost Manager – Saudi National

Responsibilities

• Advise on procurement strategies, contract selection, procurement reporting, and value management.
• Lead estimating and cost planning and present final cost plans to stakeholders.
• Manage prequalification, tendering, evaluation, contractor selection, and contract preparation.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Oversee contract documents, warranties, bonds, licenses, valuations, cost checking, and financial reporting.
• Direct cost control for design changes, contract awards, construction costs, client charges, claims, and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance for practical completion, defects liability, completion certificates, and associated approvals.
• Lead team performance, coaching, continuous improvement, and support for net-zero carbon objectives.

Experience and requirements

• Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
• At least five years leading project cost teams.
