What You’ll Do

You’ll be trusted to manage the flow of critical surgical equipment across Australia and New Zealand —ensuring hospitals have exactly what they need, when they need it.

Own the end-to-end movement of surgical kits and medical devices — from dispatch through to return and reprocessing

Prepare and send kits with high levels of accuracy , knowing even small errors can impact patient procedures

Coordinate inbound and outbound devices , including consignment stock, across multiple hospitals and stakeholders

Track, update, and maintain real-time visibility of all assets in the system

Perform thorough quality checks on returned kits to ensure they meet strict safety and compliance standards

Partner with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to align on urgent surgical requirements and delivery timelines

Solve problems on the fly — prioritising, adjusting, and responding to last-minute changes in surgical demand
