What You’ll Do

  • You’ll be trusted to manage the flow of critical surgical equipment across Australia and New Zealand —ensuring hospitals have exactly what they need, when they need it.
  • Own the end-to-end movement of surgical kits and medical devices — from dispatch through to return and reprocessing
  • Prepare and send kits with high levels of accuracy, knowing even small errors can impact patient procedures
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound devices, including consignment stock, across multiple hospitals and stakeholders
  • Track, update, and maintain real-time visibility of all assets in the system
  • Perform thorough quality checks on returned kits to ensure they meet strict safety and compliance standards
  • Partner with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to align on urgent surgical requirements and delivery timelines
  • Solve problems on the fly — prioritising, adjusting, and responding to last-minute changes in surgical demand
