Job Role: Customer Support Associate / Senior Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)

Who We're Looking For Any Undergraduate (10+2)/ Graduate/ Postgraduate is eligible to apply.

Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, or Support Operations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer-centric mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.

Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.

Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Comfortable working 5 days a week from the office with 2 rotational week-offs.

What You'll Be Doing Respond to customer inquiries through Phone, Email, Chat, and Social Media channels.

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when required.

Consistently deliver a positive customer experience while achieving quality and productivity targets.
