Role & Responsibilities

• Has a minimum of 12 months of experience in the Residential Mortgage platform and demonstrates a strong understanding of mortgage documentation, processes, and compliance requirements Possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned processes and serves as a reliable point of contact for process-related guidance, support, and issue resolution Demonstrates strong learning agility, quickly adapts to new responsibilities, embraces challenges, and consistently delivers results in the assigned role Effectively clarifies process-related queries, exceptions, and decision-making rationale, ensuring adherence to process guidelines and business requirements Educational/Professional Qualifications: Graduate degree or equivalent of (10+2+3) year of education Required Skills: Very Good knowledge of US Mortgage Servicing in specific. Expert in the current process and understand the process requirements related to whichever process he is working. Good understanding of reports and performance management. Ability to work under stringent deadlines and work with the team to meet deadlines.
