THE TEAM You will be part of the Talent & Culture team, supporting the Associate Housing Manager in ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming living environment for all associates.
The team plays a key role in enhancing the overall associate experience by maintaining high standards in accommodation and supporting engagement initiatives within the housing community.
Your Role
As an Associate Housing Attendant, you will contribute to creating a comfortable and well-managed living environment for our associates.
Your role
is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all accommodation facilities.
Working closely with Talent & Culture, external vendors, and maintenance teams, you will help foster a positive and respectful community that supports associate wellbeing and engagement.
HOW YOU LL MAKE THE PLACE Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all associate accommodation areas, including rooms and shared spaces.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure maintenance, repairs, and services are delivered efficiently.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Prepare accommodation units for new arrivals and support onboarding by explaining accommodation policies.
Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution.
Support a safe and respectful living environment by addressing concerns, reporting incidents, and assisting with engagement activities.
