Empower leaders to own the guest and volunteer experience.

Provide pastoral care to guests and volunteers, helping people find a home at Life.Church.

Build community and connection among the team, discipling volunteers toward spiritual, relational, and missional growth.

Set clear expectations and coach the team to consistently deliver hospitality with excellence that inspires others.

Onboard new volunteers and guide them from their first serving experience through ongoing development.

A passion for the guest experience, customer service, and hospitality.

Ability to inspire and coach teams toward a shared vision.

Strong relational and communication skills with a diverse range of people.

Effective at time management and following through on commitments.

Effective management of systems and operations that provide safety and support for guests and volunteers.

Self-motivated with the ability to make independent decisions.

Drive and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

High School Diploma or GED.
