Parsons is hiring an Associate Highway Design Engineer for its Dubai team.
The role is developmental and provides supervised training in highway engineering theories, practices, and company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform highway engineering duties for road and highway design and analysis.
- Apply basic engineering techniques within the road discipline under close supervision.
- Participate in rotational assignments across project controls, procurement, construction management, and engineering disciplines when assigned.
- Use computer-aided engineering and computer-aided design applications as required.
- Travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction-site locations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- At least 1 year of highway design or engineering experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic engineering knowledge in civil, electrical, mechanical, or other engineering fields.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads, or comparable engineering software.
Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE, with expected travel or relocation to supplier, client, or construction-site locations.
