Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Associate - Finance to join their team in Riyadh. This is a regular work type position, ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in finance. The Associate will be responsible for supporting the finance function by ensuring timely and accurate reporting for the relevant Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sales reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and accounting records.
- Assist in monthly closing activities.
- Support the preparation of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises.
- Process and reconcile payroll-related transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and IFRS standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on finance-related matters.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Required Skills
- Proficiency in financial reconciliation and transaction verification.
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records.
- Knowledge of accounting policies and IFRS standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Work Environment
- This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a regular employment basis. The successful candidate will work within the finance department, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to support the company's financial operations.
