Associate Finance

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sales reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and accounting records.
• Assist in monthly closing activities.
• Support Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet preparation.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Process and reconcile payroll-related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and IFRS standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on finance-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• A strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles is required.
• Skills and Competencies
• Proficiency in financial reconciliation and transaction verification.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards and accounting policies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for internal stakeholder engagement.

Work Environment

• This role is based in Riyadh and operates under a regular employment type. The Associate will work within the finance department, contributing to the overall financial health and reporting accuracy of the Head Office.
