Associate, Feeds Content Operations
Role Overview
Support the Feeds Content Team within ICE Data Services, which processes market data corporate actions, derivative and equity reference data, contributor data, and quality assurance checks.
Support real-time feeds and desktop business verticals around the clock, five and a half days per week.
Develop detailed knowledge of exchange notifications and market conventions and apply it to reference data events and data quality initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for instrument-level reference data and coordinate with market business analysts, client-facing staff, and development teams.

Job Purpose
Support the Feeds Content Team within ICE Data Services, which processes market data corporate actions, derivative and equity reference data, contributor data, and quality assurance checks.

Develop detailed knowledge of exchange notifications and market conventions and apply it to reference data events and data quality initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for instrument-level reference data and coordinate with market business analysts, client-facing staff, and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Source and maintain market data events across global equity exchanges, including exchange-specific exceptions and process documentation.
- Investigate client queries, perform root cause analysis, resolve issues in JIRA, and provide timely updates.
- Maintain derivative and equity instrument reference data in databases.
- Identify optimal data sources and raise requests for feed-mapping changes when needed.
- Track developer notices and analyze their impact on data quality.
- Execute daily validation and initiation procedures across multiple platforms.
- Participate in team huddles and provide timely process updates.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or a related finance discipline.
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate with others.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Knowledge of financial data is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Comfort working with large datasets.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
