Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Associate at 1508 London.
The Associate will play a critical role in supporting design and project teams across all phases of work, from concept development to project delivery.
Responsibilities
include managing project timelines, conducting research, preparing presentations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring design quality adheres to the firm’s standards and client expectations.
The Associate will also liaise with clients and stakeholders to address project needs and maintain alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and workflows efficiently.
- Experience in conducting detailed research and creating engaging presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Deep understanding of architecture, interior design principles, and the luxury development space.
- Ability to think creatively and conceptually, translating ideas into impactful designs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the design industry is an advantage.
