Associate Director, FI Origination
About This Role
Job Purpose Support origination and delivery of TGM products to financial-institution clients such as banks, NBFIs, and asset managers. Contribute to revenue growth through tailored FX, rates, and investment solutions.
Key Result Areas
- Assist senior FI sales in managing relationships and originating structured or flow business with FI clients.
- Provide pricing support and product ideas across FX, rates, and investment products.
- Support documentation, approvals, and onboarding coordination for new FI transactions.
- Track FI pipeline, wallet share, and revenue metrics.
- Liaise with Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth execution and post-trade servicing.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- 6–8 years’ experience in FI sales or related wholesale banking roles.
- Good understanding of interbank markets and FI client behavior.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
