Responsibilities -
- Responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s real estate portfolio.
- This role focuses on combines business development initiatives such as owner acquisition and portfolio expansion, with oversight of day-to-day Community Management and Property Management operations, generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s long-term revenue and market expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities -
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate sectors
- Convert new deal and support in onboarding, Lead negotiations for new projects, partnerships, leasing agreements, and investment opportunities
- Support land acquisition, project expansion, and portfolio diversification initiatives.
Requirements -
- Candidate must have a min of 10+ years of progressive experience in Real estate, Community Management, Property Management, and Operations leadership roles.
- Proven track record in managing multi-cluster portfolios or large-scale residential/commercial
property operations
- Strong experience with cross-functional team leadership, vendor management, etc.
